For the 7th time, Hyperion exhibits with the Faszination Modellbau fair, this time in the new location in Karlsruhe.
For this show, we are changing our booth concept a little bit in a new direction. We are exited to show you what we are offering but for now, we will keep it a secret
MANY new products are in production and we can promise you some new and exiting things in the quality you have come to expect from Hyperion.
Place and time: Karlsruhe, Germany, March 25-28, 2010
- See you there!
For the first time, Hyperion Europe is exhibiting in Nürnberg in 2010. For the past 5 years we have focused on showing our products to the consumers at end users shows and flying days across Europe - and this will not change. Already in March we again welcome our user on our booth in Karlsruhe.
Back to Nürnberg - if you are a dealer and would like to meet us there, please come by our booth which is located in Hall 11.1 booth number NEC53. It is a walk from Hall 7A of 6-8 minutes.
We hope to meet you there!

For the 3rd time Hyperion Europe is present at the Faszination Modellbau Messe in Friedrichshafen, South Germany.
Friedrichshafen is uniquely located in close proximity to Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy and of course Germany. It is our favorite indoor trade show exactly because of this diversity.
On nearly 100 square meters we are presenting the best Hyperion has to offer and it is a great chance to get first hand knowledge in the products you are interested in.
We look forward to seeing our existing and new customers on the Hyperion Europe booth, which you will find in Hall A3, 3138 (it cannot be missed
In addition, we will have some very specials offers online from Friday October 30th to Sunday November 1st.

Our Norwegian F3A pilot Ola Fremming is currently ahead of the pack in the Norwegian National Championship held Aug. 6-9 just 45 minutes from Oslo.
The event is hosted by the Vingtor RC Club on the premies of a renowned shool called Hvam Efterskole.
Ola has been using the Hyperion G3 lipos throughout the 2009 season: “I must say that this year’s batteries are working incredibly well” says Ola. “The difference in performance to the past generation of cells is so large that I had to modify my throttle-curve to remain in control of the power.”
Ola is flying the french Oxalys and is very active in competions. That means lots of flying: “One of the really great things about the Hyperion G3 lipos is the speed charging. People are used to it taking incredibly long to get the last bit of capacity refuelled. With the G3 cells this time is very short, almost as short as A123 cells. The performance and low internal resistance - probably the one and same thing - makes the Hyperion G3 different from other packs.”
Just a few weeks ago, Ola captured the Nordic Championships held in Grenaa, Denmark: “I was very happy to reclaim the title of Nordic F3A Champion in Grenaa. I have won both Norwegian Cups this year and we are now entering the second half of the season. The Norwegian Championship this week and the Worlds in the last part of August. The wrap-up is as usual on Tynset (Chivas Cup) in September.”
Hyperion wishes Ola and all fellow contenders a great Norwegian Championship!

Gabutti on the left, Duus on the right
Hyperion is extremely proud to announce that two of our most promising competition pilots, who are both Junior pilots, made it to the top 10 in the expert class at the 3D Masters just held in Spain.
Sebastian Duus, a 15 year old Danish pilot attended the 3D masters for the first time in Spain. An impresseive performance in the Freestyle segment secured Sebastian a place in the finals and a 5th overall in the Expert class.
Sebastiano Gabutti is 16 years old and from Italy. Sebastiano placed 10th at the 3D Masters. Very recently, Gabutti won the Sports class of the Italian F3C championships.
Both these young pilots are flying the Mikado Logo 600 and are using the Hyperion Generation 3 (G3) lipo packs that are providing unrivaled performance and reliability.

Club in orange - Hyperion team in blue
On May 2nd 2009, a new concept was introduced for the first time in Germany. In fact, the concept is new all-over. With more than 25 Hyperion models rigged up for teacher-student flights, no RC company has previously granted such risk-free access to test flights. Our 6 experienced pilots took people with varying experience in the air to present the models in their element and allow guest control.
The day was organized with fantastic help from the dedicated members of MSG Keltern, a perfectly located club near Stuttgart, Bavaria. Weather could not have been more perfect and we have never flown in a more beautiful scenery. Huge thanks for your great help and hospitality!
Both Hyperion aerobatic models and warbirds were available for test flying and were extensively flown. Between test flight sessions, the day saw some impressive models and flights from local members and guests as well as from Hyperion Team members Max Ebert and Gerhard Hanssmann.
During the past 2 years, the Hyperion Europe show team has perfected the test flying concept in Scandinavia and we are now rolling it out across Europe. We hope to bring it to a club near you in the future - we’d love to hear from you if your club could be interested in helping us host a Hyperion Flying Day. We have several concepts to offer. Please contact us at info at hyperion-eu dot com
Airmix Flieger-TV was on-site. Stay tuned for a video from the event.
Enjoy some pictures from our day in Dietlingen - thank you Aufwind, MSG Keltern, LAS Lippis and all friends and test pilots!
